Refund policy

Guaranteed Fit Exchange Policy:

If the error is ours. (Wrong size sent than what was ordered): We will replace the cinch with the correct size and cover all shipping cost, both for the return and the replacement.

If the error is yours. (Ordered incorrect size): You have seven (7) days from the delivery to initiate an exchange. The cinch must be returned in absolutely new, unused, clean condition (free of hair, dirt, and sweat). The customer is responsible for return shipping, but we will cover the cost of shipping of the new, corrected size.

Christmas stipulation: If cinch is ordered as a Christmas gift 7 days start from Christmas Day, December 25th as long as notification has been made by email that it is being purchased as a gift.

We are not responsible for sizing errors if the customer refused to consult our sizing guide prior to ordering. Exchanges are for size correction only, not for pattern changes or refunds.

Guaranteed Fit Exhange Policy does not apply to custom orders.

Craftsmanship Guarantee - 30 Day Defect Warranty:

We guarantee your cinch to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from the date of delivery.

What this covers (repair/replace):

  • Failure of the D-rings or buckles (e.g., they pull loose or break)
  • Unraveling of the main cinch body or center bar wrap (due to weaving failure.)

What this DOES NOT cover (exclusions):

  • Normal wear and tear (minor fraying).
  • Damage caused by misuse, rodents, or improper care.
  • Damage to the cinch from the horse (chewing, rubbing).

Resolution: If a defect is confirmed (via photo evidence), we will first attempt to repair the cinch at no cost. If repair is not possible, we will offer a replacement or a full refund at our discretion.
